hi i have a o5 ford focus that wont start

it has power but wont i turn the key to acc mode it wont start i tested the ignition
switch it has power i changed the stater positive cable and grounds but still
nothing and i forgot the say that my mileage on my speedometer dose not show
it just has ------ please can any one help

Try putting vehicle in neutral and try to start if it does you have a bad neutral safety switch. Also have someone tap on the starter with a hammer while trying to start if vehicle starts bad bad starter.
