2010 F-150 4x4

When I put my 2010 F-150 into 4x4 and try to
reverse it feels like it just doesn't want to move
at all but if I go into 2 wheel drive it is fine.

    display lights for radio station, temperature, and direction went off. Have checked fuses- all good.
