where do i locate the right rear speed sensor?

You probably have a 6R80 transmission. Why do you suspect the speed sensor? Do you have code P0720? Does the speedometer work erratically? At any rate, if the sensor is bad, it is inside the transmission, part of the lead frame. What problems are you having? Have you changed the fluid and filter? Don't buy into 100,000 mile fluid change recommendation offered by Ford. The transmission is electronic, full of solenoids. Shavings in the transmission can short out solenoids.
