Car stalls when coming to stop

So my car  well turn on it's very hesitant when it
first turns on but as long as I push the gas and go
it's fine until I stop again and when I stop it all of a
sudden will completely shut off. It stutters a little
and then it will shut off. This has been going on for
about 2 weeks and now all of a sudden when I hit
the gas and accelerate I'm hearing a squeaking
noise but the car will still go. Can somebody please
help me and tell me what this is?

When I bought the car they told me I needed a idle it flow something.. I'm not good with car so what do I need to buy and who do I bring it to I live in Maine
