I have a BMW 2010 X5 48I, airbags deployed and I need the battey fusible replaced apparently to be able to start the car again . Is that complicated and expensive?
My car was hit, steering wheel and bilateral headliner airbags deployed.
Repair shop does not replace battery fusible cable. Is that what needs to be
replaced for car to start? I'm being told I need to tow it to another repair
shop, takes about four hours because the cable runs from the front to the
back of the car. Does that sound correct?
