I'm in the same situation so far I think the ENKEI RT6 can fit these are the ones I'm trying to get for a TOYOTA PRADO 2010 which the equivalent of the Lexus GX 460 for the caribbean market. look for the ENKEI RT6 Rims size 18". 18x7.5. size is new on lexus gx460 and that rim looks just like the 4th generation 18 inch rims. i would be putting 275/65/18 size.
