Whistling noise when i accelerate

So i recently bought a 2010 1500 silverado LT and
everytime i accelerate theres this whistling noise
almost like a turbo, only the truck doesnt have a
turbo, why is that?

Restriction in the exhaust system, leak in the exhaust system, vacuum leak, restriction in the fresh air intake system, serpentine belt tensioner weak.
