My 2005 ford focus has a problem on transmission,
it’s hard to put on reverse and grinds. I don’t know if
my transmission is broken or my clutch slipped.

You're clutch isn't engaging completely. Before dropping the transmission or buying a new clutch, check your clutch fluid reservoir is full and bleed the clutch lines first.
