2005 Ford Focus zx4 jumps at low rpm

My 2005 Ford focus ZX4 started jumping at low
rpm a couple of weeks ago. I checked the oil. There
was none. No signs of leakage. I believe they forgot
to put oil in my car at my last oil change a couple of
months ago. Hooked it up to diagnostics and found
out it was spark plug number two. Changed #2 and
oil change. Still same issue. Changed all spark
plugs, oil still at same level. Still same issue. Does
not jump when it is revved at high rpm. Only low
rpm and idling. Any thoughts?
