Uconnect update failure

Asked by Dman239 Oct 05, 2020 at 07:39 PM about the 2010 Dodge RAM 1500 Laramie Crew Cab 4WD

Question type: General

So my Uconnect was due for a update. The
first flash drive I had did not work but the
second one did. It got to 11 at 1 percent and
froze. I tried all day but it would not get past
that point. Finally I just erased that flash drive
and used downloaded the update again. Now
The flash drive isn’t reading at all the screen is
in a loop asking me to please insert updated
usb. Then when I insert the usb it reads
It said wait to to five minutes then go
Right back to please insert update usb

Youre screw same thing here on my 2015 Diesel Grand Cherokee. Everything fine until tried to update, nothing will turn off and can’t even drive because it drains the battery overnight and Big O dodge/ Jeep have no appointments for weeks.
