my horn is stuck on my 2010 dodge ram

Most likely the switch on the steering wheel is faulty. Disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery and wait ten minutes for the air bag capacitors to lose their power. You will most likely need to remove the airbag and cover on the steering wheel. If you are not versed on working on cars, I don't recommend working near the airbag due to it going off. Please have a mechanic perform the repair.
