I have a Dodge ram 4x4 2010 5.7.. My 4 wheel low light blinks when switched on but it doesnt seem to egage. 4 wheel high does engage and works fine and the light doeasnt blink

Flashing means the conditions haven't been met to switch into the low gear. You need to be going under 5 mph and in neutral to shift into the lower range on these trucks. This means, if you need low 4, pull over, shift into neutral, then engage the 4 low. Should work from there.

put it in neutral switch to 4low then put it in gear and 4low light will illuminate on the dash along with the stability control off

I always stop and put it in neutral never put it in 4 wheel drive when truck is in motion
