Be REAL careful and put a long steel rod , screwdriver, or go to harbor freight or other car store and buy a mechanics stethescope which has a probe. Touch around where you think it is and put your ear to the rod or screwdriver or stethescope. U should b able to find it. But again be careful! If your afraid to do this then don't even try!

The clicking is your AC compressor turning on and off. Take the setting off of defrost or AC, set it at heat for the floor, the clicking should stop. It is set up this way so the AC compressor will get some lubrication threw-out the winter time.
