I have a 2010 328i wagon. the Air conditioning is not cooling

It may just be low coolant level but when you have a shop re-charge the system have them install some leak detection dye as you likely have a leak.

actualy I found on bmw a simple fix for that that's overlooked many time look at the dash and see if it gives you an accurate outside temp if its not accurate then theres your fault that outside temp sensor is connected to the ac system so if your outside doesn't read anything the ac wont come on at all
