Bluetooth in the car

Question type: General
I'm trying to connect my mobile to the car via Bluetooth. I don't see the
HandsFreeLink appear on my mobile as a Bluetooth connection nor can I find
my phone when searching for a phone to connect to. I called Honda. They
could find any info about it. I went to the compatibility list online and there was
no data available. Does anyone have any ideas?

Probably not equipped with that system. Not every vehicle has Bluetooth
It is equipped from what the manual says and I'm able to access the voice tutorial through the vehicle. I assume Bluetooth has upgraded since then and a newer phone is not compatible
My next door neighbor had the same problem, got a new phone and then couldn’t connect to the car. Fortunately the dealer showed a software update and he was able to connect after that. You might check with the dealer and see if there is one for your system.
