Does the 60 k mile maintenance include the timing belt change?

I’m about to buy the car mentioned above....
I see no evidence that the timing belt has been changed.
Cautious to buy the car.  It has 149 k miles...no timing belt change?

Then it is 2x past due. Look for a service sticker under the hood or pass on it.
