on 2011 sienna, can i measure all transmission fluid that i will drain out and then fill it w/ exact amount that came out? i know there's a plug and plastic tube need to ba remove. also temperature on used fluid should be the same for the new fluid. i was thinking that this way its more simpler to replace fluid. my email is ipefelipe@yahoo.com, thanks

You will be close. Be sure and check the fluid level after filling the transmission as it could have been low to begin with.
