I have a 2010 Dodge Caliber, manual trans, 64K miles. It has started to sputter and cough at idle (1,000 RPM) but not always. A couple of times it has stalled. What could be wrong? Thanks.

Have you done a tuneup lately? I would start with new spark plugs and run a good fuel system cleaner like Seafoam.

Replaced plugs, filters, PCV valve in June. Will try fuel system cleaner. Thanks.
