Change Oil/Filter reminder comes on each start, stays even after reminder reset

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Full Service Oil/Filter change with synthetic oil only 3 months and 3000 miles ago.  I reset
reminders anyway, but reminders notices continue to appear on Navigation/Center screen
at each start.  Checked oil level at dipstick, appears full and clean still. Cause? fix?

Oil Change Svc SME solved it. I have separate reminder counters on instrument cluster vs Center/Nav display. Hope it may help others
