2011 toyota camry heater and ac not working all the time

Last summer AC stopped working out of the blue. I tapped and messed with the
relays and it seemed to fix it. No issues until 6/7 months later where out of the
blue the heat stopped working. Changed air relays 1/2/3 and it didn't
immediately work. 15 minutes later blower worked. 8 hours later blower
wouldn't turn on. Next morning blower works.
