2011 ac and heat not working

My 2011 Toyota Camry battery died  
unfortunately while trying to give it a jump I
put the positive on the negative the car
started to smoke  and spark a little .  I was
able to get the car back running just by
changing a few fuses . But now the air
conditioner is not working .The blower is not
working
