I have a 2011 Ford Focus SES bought in Arkansas
and would like to get it licensed in California. How
hard is this? There is a sticker under hood that
says "not for sell in california"

If you are moving to Kalifornia you can bring in a 49 state car, Kali residents can only buy 50 state cars so you won't be able to sell it.
