That engine would be the 3.5 liter Duratec. The #2 cylinder is the middle one on the back side toward the firewall. Sort of hard to reach and the intake plenum may have to be partially removed to reach the sparkplug or coil-on-plug. If you are working on a misfire on #2, I would first try to squeeze my hand in there to make sure the coil wire is plugged into the coil okay. Misfire could be injector too. Be careful not to drop anything into the intake if you open it up.

Thank you yes its reading misfire in 2. I noticed if barely giving gas it is hesitating but if press harder on gas it goes do u think that is the fuel injector

I hate to guess and be wrong. The fact that "more throttle" makes it go, makes me want to say it's the fuel injector. Maybe injector cleaner might help. I've had luck putting Marvel Mystery Oil in the fuel. It cleans a lubricates and it would be any easy and harmless attempt. On the other hand the "coil on plug" in the #2 position is in a hot spot making them want to fail. But more throttle should not be bringing it back to life, so I'm going to bet on injector cleaner. A shop may be able to make a more precise diagnosis on there test equipment. I hate to be wrong and have to tear it a part twice.
