rear brake lights and turn signals just stoped working

I have a 2011 hhr brake light and signal lights
stopped working running lights work fine. I
changed bulbs (3157) bulb number.. I used my
tester to check the sockets they seem to work just
fine when i repalce the bulb it doesn't work. Also
the brake loght bar works fine so im stuck i have
no clue and noone has even an answer to lead me
down the right direction to solve it my self . any
help is beyond greatly appreciated!!

Did you ever solve this issue? I'm encountering the exact same issue myself now. Any advice?

I guess the rear bumper indicator light fell out of place got smashed and caused a short. Went to the part store and they sold me the wrong bulbs. That's the reason for the question I asked above. I went to a different part store and got all new bulbs and replaced them and everything works fine now. I hope your problem is that simple if not get someone to test the socket for the bulbs.

I have a 2006 HHR I'm having the same problem that Jeremy has I've done changed all the fuses The Bobs my upper brake light on the back Windshield Works the front works just fine do you have any suggestions what it might be thank you for your help
