Can someone please help me diagnose my 201Impala engine problem?

Can you please help me look up online what the
problem may be with my car?  The noise happens
mainly when I press the gas pedal after stopping.  
It makes the noise and the car seems as if it
doesn't want to move much.  The noise is like what
you hear when you run over those "rumble strips"
on the sides of the road.

I think the ABS is kicking in. Does this happen on wet or slippery roads?

Does it get smoother once you gain speed and ease off the gas pedal? If you pop the car in neutral will it coast nicely or will it start to slow down?

Maybe it is transmission judder. Possibly a transmission problem or a motor mount/transmission mount issue.
