Tail light

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
My driver side tail light won't work. I have a 2011
Chevy Impala ltz. The turn signal, brake light , and
parking light all run on the same bulb, and they all
work when I use them. The fuze is good, and I had
the wiring tested and they're getting electricity
running through them. I replaced all the bulbs in
the tail light with brand new ones. Myself and a few
friends more knowledgeable than myself are
stumped.

Note the diagram. At the rear lamps, lite green wire is voltage for tail lamps. Black wire is ground. Need both voltage and ground. Maybe take wiring connector loose, head lamp switch on, use both ends of test light between the green wire and black wire, does the lite turn on? If so, there is voltage and ground. The front park lamps and rear tail lamps have the same voltage source. You may be way ahead of me, just trying to help. good luck

Did this problem ever get fixed? Mine is doing the exact same thing. Fuses and bulbs are good and I even changed the tail light assembly. Everything works except the rear running light on the drivers side .
Can you tell me if this ever got fixed? My 2011 chevy impala is also having this problem.
My 2012 passenger side tail light is doing this. Reverse light works, no tail light. Changed bulbs looked at fuses everything was good.
