there is probably a short circuit in the lamp base of either the front orange light or the back light, try removing first one bulb(front) and then the other(back) to isolate where then try washing the lamp base with alcohol if no luck go to an electrician

left turn signal on the dash or on the front or rear of the vehicle? If on the dash, this means you may possible have a bulb out either front or rear. If on front when applying the brake, possible multifunction switch could be the problem.

on some of these vehicle, the circuit board of the external lamps themselves short out and may need to be replaced.
