left parking light and left turn signal in front do not work ,

my left turn signal don't work it shows a fast flashing turn signal light inside the back works but not front left I replaced the bulbs but still nothing and the wiring has been cut and tapped back together so I need to know if it wired right. I also need a fuse box guid to tell be what fuses go where

On a 2010 Jeep liberty parking light is not working in the front but the bulb is good
