how does one stop the drivers seat from moving once the key is removed from a 2011 lincoln town car?

you cant,it is the auto adjustment for you.

Bring up settings on the dash (keep hitting the setup button) then toggle easy entry to off.

I walked to the driveway and snapped that picture. You can do things like that when you OWN ONE.
