Is there a way to stop the power driver seat from moving when I take the key out of my Town Car?

Question type: General

Hi, I just bought a 2005 Lincoln Town Car. When I shut the car off and take the key out of the ignition, the driver seat moves back to allow for more room getting in and out. Likewise, when you put the key in the ignition, it moves forward to it's set position.  I have tried setting both memory settings to the same exact position but this made no difference. I don't need the extra space to get out and I don't want to wear the power seat motor out. I can't find anything in the manuals about this. Is there a way to stop this movement ?

Bring up settings on the dash (keep hitting the setup button) then toggle easy entry to off.
