Sounds like low battery voltage, battery may have failed,
U need to check all connections with a mutimeter to see where power is lacking . A battery under no aternation should be over 12 DCv and under 13. If battery is testing fine then turn key to on postion and nest the line going to fuse and to starter and I bet ether one will not read any or minaMal dcv . Restore full dcv by cleaning or replacing connections or wire it self also make sure u r not grounded out to the framework anywhere. If u have full dcv to fuse and starter replace them once you get the jeep running test the battery under altenation and it should read 14 dcv but run radio and lights if under 13 dcv replace alternator
