Do I have hydraulic or electrically assisted steering?

I have a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee.  My understanding is, at some point
during that model year they switched from hydraulic to electric steering assist.  
What is the easiest way to figure out what mine has.  It will make a difference
on the serpentine belt I need to purchase.

2011 is an electric powered hydraulic pump and think 2014 began electric motor mounted on rack.
