2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, RPM under 1 starts to rumble.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi,

So I had the issue with my jeep a while back that it was cranking and wouldn't
turn on. My husband figure out it was the wiring from the fuel pump
replacement. He rewired it and it was fine.

Now I'm having the issue when I turn it on, if the needle doesn't go above 1
RPM, then it starts to rumble and sometimes it shuts off and sometimes it
doesn't but keeps rumbling. Today it did it and it kept rumbling. Also the check
engine light came on then off. So I went to were the fuel pump connection is
and i shook it. It work fine. Not sure what is going. Does anyone else have/had
these problems?

Have codes read at some place like auto zone they do it for free but I can almost say the camshaft or crankshaft sensor needs to be removed and cleaned or replaced.
