Buying a used 2011 BMW 328i

I have a chance to buy a 2011 BMW 328i that only has 18,000 kilometers.
Are there any watch outs I should know about?  How about repairs?  As a senior, of course I worry about costs, but I also want a car that's reliable.  Any advice would be appreciated

You should replace oil change with syntetic oil regulary. Use only premium gas don't use cheap gas ,because you might damage the catalic converters and o2 sensors.
