and looking at the carfax, car was in no accidents and had general
maintenance often.

Worth implies a good value for a good price. If the car is in good shape AND has the right price it might be worth buying. Have it checked out by a BMW specialist before buying.

Nope, I wouldn't buy it. It has high mileage and as GA said you're right at the point where this vehicle will start needing repairs. BMWs aren't cheap to fix either! Keep shopping! Hope that helps! Jim
The only thing more expensive than a new European car is used European car with over 100,000 miles on it. If you buy it, start buying lottery tickets. You're gonna need the winnings to pay for all the repairs.
