BMW 528i 2011 no crank

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car has been running fine no issues now went
to crank it push button start all the lights come
on but no action from starter.. changed the
solenoid inside the dash glovebox results are
still the same. Battery voltage under the hood
12.2 can anyone help thanks

OK I have purchased a new battery installed it everything is the same voltage under the hood 12.18 not sure where to go from here
