06 cts theft light on, effects: windows, radio, gauges, a/c

My 6 speed 06 cts has theft light on, I bypass the
starter to drive, windows won't work, radio turns on and
off, gauges may work, ac sometimes works, power
steering sometimes works. I got a remained ecm, my
passenger front hub wire ripped out, replaced the hub.
What else should I do

You may not have needed an ECM, was the replacement ECM flashed for your VIN? This really sounds like a glitch in the BCM programming, as it controls everything your stated is going on, has the vehicle experienced any voltage problems, like main power disconnect or an alternator over or undercharging? A dealer will need to check it out and maybe it can be saved.

Yes, the ECM (Engine Control Module) controls the engine and transmission. The BCM (Body Control Module) controls the accessories and security system, which is what sounds like the problem is. Hope that helps! Jim
