I want to change my trans from automatic to standard I have a 1987 325e and also have a 94 325I that I want to use for a parts car. Will the parts from the 94 3251 work on my 87 325e

You will need the transmission, flywheel, clutch, shifter assembly, new console ?, clutch pedal assembly, clutch master cylinder, the ECU for a manual car and driveshaft work (replacing just the rear driveshaft u-joint saddle) or possibly a new driveshaft (if the length of the driveshaft has changed). Look online at a www.bimmerfest.com to see if this has already been done.
