What is the 325is worth?

Depends on the condition, market, and buyers. I bought my 1990 IS for $1600. The motor was shot, but the guy I bought it from had one ready to put in which he sold me for an additional $600. The body, interior and suspension, however were in very respectable condition. I would add into the total that I had to put the motor in, which I didn't have the equipment for, so another $500; $2700 in all. Now I would consider that below value. It was really a solid $3000 car. In the 2.5 years I've owned it I've probably put between $2000 & $3000, though some of it needless thanks to some incompetent mechanics. I have since found the greatest euro mechanic on earth, who just happens to work in my town. But that's another story.
