Coolant light associated with the air conditining?

Asked by Coy325i Jul 20, 2013 at 12:46 AM about the 1991 BMW 3 Series 325i Sedan RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I start my 89 325i with the air conditioning on, it says the coolant is low and the air conditioning stops blowing cold air.  If I turn it off and restart the car, and then turn the air on, it will blow cold and the coolant light will not come on.

What can I do to fix that?

Have you checked the level of your coolant in radiator to in sure it is at the proper level?

Yes, the coolant level is good and the car is running at the same temp as always.
