i was wondering what where the things i should check before buying a 1992 325is serie M bmw, if there is anyone how could tell me if there was any troubles for that year! thank you!

There are no real problem areas for this car. One of your biggest concerns would be how much rust and corrosion the car has being a 1992 model. I would pay close attention to the undercarriage ie., brake lines, fuel lines and the general condition of the underside. Pay close attention to the fluids and the condition of them. If someone has a good maintenance program that goes a long way to making an older car one worth owning.

also check for head problems as these were prone for cracked heads watch for overheating ,,water in the oil ,,and oil in the water .also misfiring may not be plugs etc but low compresssion.

Being an E36 the window regulators are known to go quite often and the cooling system is often a problem area on a car that hasn't been properly maintained.
