1999 BMW 328i. Changed water pump, belt now not turning.

I changed the water pump and fan on my 1999 BMW 328i and now the serpentine belt is not turning.  What did I forget?  Thank you

Did you follow the diagram on the underside of your hood or by your radiator on how to route the belt? If you do not see one, google your year and model for this diagram.
