Have a 05 deville that needed a starter and now solenoid clicks but no engine turn over,is there some kind of anti theft sequence that I have to do since I unhooked the battery?

Battery has power and new starter but getting no crank is there some kind of
reset sequence since I unhooked battery to work on vehicle?

Check your grounds. Be sure they are good especially body to motor.
