Hi, my bmw e90....I have lukewarm air coming out of the passenger side and cold aair from the drivers side, I have fitted a new thermostat, water pump and bled it 3 times.....still the same, I have also done a back flush on the heater core .....water flowing nicely....putall back together ....exactly the same...Ps theflaps are opening and closing and the centre dial is in the middle between hot and cold....SAME

you probably have a problem with the actuators, and they might need to be programmed in order to close firmly. this is more probable especially if you have 2 zones.

I'm guessing your car has dual climate control? There's a heater control valve that has the heater core lines running to it. Typically on the driver side frame rail. They go bad from time to time

My 125 bmw only operate one side hot air coming out and other side cold air coming out what is the problem
