looking at buying 2006 BMW 330xi with 220,000 km...never bought BMW before...how expensive is it to keep up?

Do NOT buy a used BMW without an extended warranty. The are very expensive to service and repair. Also their reliability in not the best.

Very Expensive- BMW makes a nice car but find one with low miles and one owner- pay a little extra for it- it will be a LOT cheaper in the long run-

I'm trying to figure out if I should try used first and see if I like it. I can afford to buy brand new but would rather not have car payments. I will be buying this one cash so I will have extra $600 a month that will be going into bank that would be used for car payments on new car. This is first used car I would be buying. Always bought GM before and always brand new. Was thinking of changing it up a bit. Was trying to keep it under $10,000 so I can pay cash for car
