Have opportunity to buy 1985 BMW, 245,000 miles. Super clean inside. Few scratches outside. Last owner had it 13 years and has all maintenance history. Good deal or not?

$3850 and I would have to ask if the engine has been rebuilt.
I have had my 91 318i for five years. It has well over 400,000 kms on it. Still running strong. Body is nothing to look at but mexhanically, have had no major issues. BMW engines are notoriously bullet proof if u take a little care.
