What is the difference between the 5 speed manual and the 5 speed overdrive transmissions??

Hello, The only differnce is that the first is a manual transmission that gets an estimated 21/30 mpg on the 3.0-liter engine and that the 5 speed overdrive is an automatic transmission which gets an estimated 20/29 mpg. Best of luck! CarGrrl
