Does your car have air suspension? If not there is no relationship. Maybe the tires are low on air?

I don't know that the E60 ever had air suspension up front... I would check the obvious first... tire pressure.
My 5 series has been off road for 5 months so battery is flat Looks like front suspension has dropped. Is this related to the flat battery?
