is 175k miles too much on a 2008 BMW 535i with no mechanical isses, single owner, well maintained and with a clean title? whats an ideal price ot bargain?

I would not pay more than a few grand and realistically free is very, very expensive when you factor in repairs and maintenance. Expect that you will lose your investment at anytime. You may get a few years of enjoyment for weekend drives or a few days. Unless you have a considerable budget for repairs I would skip it.
