No oil pressure

After performing an oil change I have lost all oil pressure
or I guess the oil pressure light came on so i turn the car
off afraid of running with no oil! Has anyone heard of this
happening?  It's a 2008 BMW 535i 3.0 twin turbo

replace the oil pressure sending unit or at least check its connection. The oild pressure can also be checked at a shop or with the use of a cheep oil pressure gauge
